QUARTER SHARES are a smaller selection of cuts from each region of a side of beef, the total amount equaling one-quarter of the total carcass weight. All quarter-shares include the same selection of cuts.

Quarter-shares are $9.25/lb and are in the range of 70-150lbs of take home weight. That comes out to approximately $925. Your final invoice will include the total cost for the final weight of your beef minus your deposit.
